2019 Open Enrollment Opens Soon!

MileOne Autogroup is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits for you and your dependents as part of the MileOne Employee Advantage. We are constantly reviewing our benefit programs to ensure we are offering the highest quality coverage at an affordable cost.

On November 1, open enrollment begins! All elections must be made no later than Thursday, November 15 to become effective for the 2019 calendar year. We understand how important it is to take care of the health and wellness of yourself and your family and encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to participate in our benefit plans.

Tools are available to help you select the benefit plans (found on HRConnection > Employee Advantage> Health and Wellfare Benefits) that will provide the right amount of coverage and the most value for you and your family. The selections you make during our November 2018 Open Enrollment will become effective January 1, 2019. Selections made by new hires are effective on the first of the month, following sixty days from the date of hire.

During open enrollment we will also be hosting multiple Open Enrollment Q&A Webex sessions to provide you an opportunity to call in and ask questions and retrieve information about the benefits we offer. The Webex schedule will be posted on HRconnection by Monday, October 29th.
