5 Mercedes-Benz Employees Recognized for Years of Service

Mercedes-Benz recognized five Mercedes-Benz of Wilkes-Barre service employees for years of service to the brand and their commitment to our customers.
All of these gentlemen have been working on Mercedes-Benz vehicles for over 10 years. Scott Madrak, technician, and Phil Polcha, technician, have been with Mercedes for 10 years, Jeff Bondurich, technician, and Fred Vanvliete, technician, for 15 years and Ron Ziomek, shop foreman, for 25 years. Scott, Phil and Ron have spent their entire careers at MotorWorld.
Scott shared, "I've loved all that I've gotten to do over the past 10 years, 13 really, the people I've worked with and the opportunities I've received. The recognition from Mercedes-Benz is really satisfying."
Jason Pearson, Mercedes-Benz Service Manager and Henry Hess, MotorWorld Service Director put together a presentation in the shop to hand the high achievers their awards in front of the entire team. Each individual received a medallion and plaque commemorating their years of service. Ron, who hit the 25-year mark, also received a brand new iPad.
This acknowledgement is part of the Mercedes-Benz promise to their technicians to show gratitude for all that they do for the brand.
