Audi Silver Spring Employees Win Top Audi Service Achievement

Focus on customer service is a noteworthy goal, however, perfecting it in our daily customer interactions to the point of being named one of the top service consultants in the area is quite an honor. Audi Silver Spring has two employees who have earned the distinctive honor of being named “Top Service Consultant” in the region.

Philip Lozano and Diego Minda were named among the top twenty service consultants in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia region, earning them spots on the 2017 Audi Top Service Achievement list.

“Our team constantly strives to provide a delightful service experience,” commented Evan Singham, Service Director at Audi Silver Spring. “Diego and Philip are true top service advocates for our Audi dealership.”

Philip and Diego earned the twelfth and fourteenth highest scores, respectively, in the region based on customer surveys. These surveys focused on how well the consultant explained the services, followed-up with the customer, and revealed their overall knowledge. The highest combined score available was 300. Philip’s total score was 291.2 while Diego’s was 289.2.

Both employees delivered the level of service MileOne (and Audi) customers should come to expect and they also went above and beyond these expectations to win their customers' satisfaction.
