Audi Silver Spring’s commitment to customer service continues to pay off. The dealership recently became one of 91 Audi dealerships in the U.S. to receive a Magna Society Award, given to dealers that achieve excellent performance in 2014.

The Magna Society was established by Audi to recognize dealerships that rise above the fold as top performers. In order to earn Magna Society recognition, dealerships must go beyond just meeting or exceeding sales targets. Dealers must then demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service as well as strong business performance. They also need to prove they maintain a solid foundation, merit high customer satisfaction scores and demonstrate that their facilities and staff represent the progressive Audi culture. Recognized dealers represent the best of the best among all Audi retailers in the U.S.
