Subaru Stellar Care Award

We are proud to announce the following Subaru dealerships won the 2015 Subaru Stellar Care Award.

The Subaru Stellar Care Award is a nationwide program, recognizing Subaru dealerships who achieve the highest standards of excellence. We are proud to announce our Herb Gordon Subaru and Heritage Subaru Owings Mills dealerships won the 2015 Subaru Stellar Care Award.

Subaru of America, Inc. requires dealerships to maintain specific criteria throughout the year to be considered for this honor, which includes excelling in a variety of areas. Our facility must meet certain standards of comfort and cleanliness; our sales and service operations must provide top-notch customer service; we must provide ample training opportunities for employees and maintain a strong finance department.
