Congratulations to the ACS Raffle Car Winners!

Congratulations to the Maryland and Virginia individuals who won their respective region’s ACS vehicle raffle! Since 2000, MileOne has donated a vehicle to ACS to raffle off. 100% of the ticket proceeds go toward the fight against cancer.

In Maryland, Louvenia Banks won the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 SUV. She opted to accept the $20,000 cash prize instead of the vehicle. Louvenia is a breast cancer survivor who taught in the Calvert County school system for 37 years. Ms. Banks is a very active, long-time member of Relay For Life of Calvert County and has participated annually since the very first Relay in Calvert County in 1995 at Calvert High School.

In Virginia, Charity Garrett won the 2018 Nissan Rogue S. She also opted to accept the $20,000 cash prize instead of the vehicle. Charity and her family purchased the raffle ticket at a Relay for Life event in Lynchburg, VA. They are currently house hunting and were ecstatic when told they had won!
