Give a Wow Program

Give a Wow is a recognition program designed to actively engage employees and support our culture of personal development.

Earlier this month, Hall Automotive launched the Give a WOW Program. Give a Wow is a recognition program designed to actively engage employees and support our culture of personal development. This program will also help to foster better communication and allow employees to see the individuals that are making a difference across the division.

Hall has developed a variety of awards to recognize employees and their achievements. Employees can be nominated for awards based on dedication to the company and our mission, teamwork and customer or community service. Employees are also recognized for reaching a milestone, like an anniversary or number of vehicles sold.

“We want our employees to recognize their colleagues for going above and beyond in teamwork or customer satisfaction, and we want them to recognize it through the Give a WOW Program, for everyone to see,” Hall’s Division President, Bill Baker said.

“Together, I believe we can make achieving greatness easy if we recognize it regularly!”
