Dan Bobby Receives 20-Year Service Plaque

Dan Bobby proudly accepts his plaque from Service Director Tony Pulignani while Service Manager Michael Young and the Heritage Toyota Owings Mills service team congratulates him.

Dan Bobby, a long tenured technician at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills, was awarded a service plaque for his 20 years of service by Central Atlantic Toyota.

Tony Pulignani, Service Director, has only seen this award given twice during his career at Toyota. “This was a very big deal,” Tony said.  “Dan has worked at this store for his entire career and has maintained his Toyota Certification status every single year. He’s a dedicated employee; arrives early every day and stays late when he needs to. He has the strongest work ethic of anyone in the store.”

Maintaining his manufacturer certification every year is no easy feat. Every year he has to undergo offsite training and take online courses. As the new models come out, specific training is required. It takes a lot of dedication and is very rare.
