Ed Wojcik Wins Chevy Buick Mark of Excellence Award

The MileOne value proposition places making the customer feel special and in control of the process as our number one priority. This is best demonstrated by making them feel comfortable while guiding them through the process and not feeling pressured. Chevy Buick Owings Mills sales associate Ed Wojcik equates those values to his success as a 7-time winner of the Mark of Excellence Award.
General Motors honors sales employees who sell at least 75 new cars a year. Ed averages anywhere from 110-115 new cars per year and has won this award every year since the dealership signed up for the program.
Each awardee is presented with a ring the first year they win. Diamond chips are added to the ring every year thereafter. The Mark of Excellence logo is also added to their business card.
“I learned a long time ago that in selling cars you have to be yourself, don’t be phony,” Ed commented. “You’ve got to listen to the customer and find the car that fits them – listen to what they need and then sprinkle in the things that they want to find the car that works for them. I provide a different kind of buying experience. No one is forcing the customer to buy anything. I’m simply the guide.”
Congratulations, Ed, on adding more bling to your ring!
