Kevin Howard is a customer service expert, and he has the experience and accomplishments to prove it.

Kevin Howard, a Salesman at our Heritage Fiat dealership in Owings Mills, is a fun-loving team player whose drive to put the customer first has made him a key asset. Kevin, who started at Heritage in November 2015, has more than 20 years’ experience in customer service. He loves interacting with people and working in a team environment, and he prides himself on treating everyone with respect. It’s no surprise Kevin has had top sales for the month at CDJR Fiat – all thanks to his customer service expertise.

“Kevin is just a short nine months in the automobile sales business and simply does an excellent job,” General Manager of CDJR, Ben Messier said.

“He has a natural ability to connect with his customers, and is typically the first here and last to leave. Kevin has done a great job with product knowledge, CSI and sales volume.”

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
As a kid, I dreamed of owning my own business. As an adult, I find the car business very enjoyable and rewarding. I appreciate having the opportunity to connect with people and challenge myself every day to reach new goals.

What do you love most about MileOne’s culture?
I really enjoy working in a team environment – the team we have at my dealership is one of the reasons I can say I truly love my job. Having the chance to do what I love and interact with great people every day is more than I could ask for.

What is your favorite vacation spot?
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has to be my favorite.

What is the greatest accomplishment you have made working at MileOne?
Earning top sales for the month for my dealership.

What advice can you give to MileOne employees?
Always put the customers first! Your customer service skills are just as important as your knowledge of the product.
