Allstate’s New Addition

Welcome aboard, Charlene Kurland, Allstate’s newest Business Relationship Officer.

We would like to welcome Charlene Kurland to Allstate Leasing and the MileOne family! Charlene, who previously worked as a commercial lender, came to Allstate looking to embark on a new adventure.

“After years in the banking industry I wanted to look outside of my comfort zone for something new,” Charlene said. “With my background and experience, Allstate Leasing seemed like a perfect fit!”

Charlene, who started in early July, is Allstate’s new Business Relationship Officer. In this role, she will act as a consultant to business customers, educating them on alternative financing solutions for equipment and vehicles. During her many years in the banking industry she gained extensive knowledge and experience of financing and lending.

In her free time, Charlene loves to spend time with her family. She also has a variety of interests that includes singing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

What was your first day at Allstate Leasing like?
Great, everyone was so friendly and helpful!

What motto do you live by? Who inspires you?
The Dalai Lama once said, “Be kind whenever possible… It is always possible.” Similarly, I am greatly inspired by Gandhi and Mother Theresa; they were both so humble while accomplishing many great things.

If you could have dinner with anyone in history who would it be and why?
I would say Beethoven, because his work is amazing. I think he is a mysterious, interesting and intriguing figure in music’s history.
