Fresh off his third annual visit to Deutschland, can he make it four in a row?

Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills Service Advisor Andre Goppy’s impressive streak continues. For the last three years, Mercedes-Benz has named him as one of the top advisors in the country for his outstanding customer service.

To honor his achievement, for the third year in a row, Mercedes-Benz USA has awarded Andre with an all-expenses paid trip to Germany to visit the Mercedes-Benz production facilities and Mercedes-Benz Museum.

The company’s rankings are based on a month-to-date individual service advisor performance in Courtesy of Service Advisor, Responsiveness of Service Advisor, Thoroughness of Explanations, and Fairness of Charges. There is also a dealership component involved, measuring timeliness of pick-up and drop-off, and service follow-up.

Incredibly, Andre is in the top one percent of all Mercedes-Benz Service Advisors based on his CSI scores.
