Heritage Volkswagen Parkville Sales Consultant Melissa Cole is en fuego! She recently returned from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she competed in Volkswagen’s Retail Quality Championship, a national competition that included awards for sales, parts and service members.

Melissa took home third place in the sales competition. She also won the Volkswagen VOW award, given to team members who “vow to strengthen customer relationships with each and every contact and to make owning a Volkswagen something to smile about.”

Prior to the championship, there were three levels of testing for product and technical knowledge. The championship was the fourth level. Remarkably, Melissa was one of just 12 sales finalists from around the country invited to compete in the championship.
