Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring’s Omar Cruz, a sales lot attendant hired this past May, displays a tenacious drive at work which has already led to great success and savings! As a result of aiming high, Omar just made an exciting investment in his first car: a Mercedes-Benz C250 Coupe.

Omar joined the automotive industry not only because he loves cars, but also for the opportunities it presents. One day, he envisions himself taking a leadership role in the industry and helping others achieve their career and personal aspirations. Omar is quick to point out how instrumental his managers have been to his success and he is anxious to pay that benefit forward.
