Top Ranked Subaru Advisors

Vitaliy Khlebnikov, Harry Price and Bill Middleton were all recently ranked top Subaru service advisors in the country.

Huge congratulations are in order for Herb Gordon Subaru service advisors Vitaliy Khlebnikov and Harry Price — and Heritage Subaru Owings Mills service advisor Bill Middleton! Not only did all three recently become members of the Subaru Ascent program — they also just finished first, second and fourth in the D.C. zone for all service advisors.

Vitaliy started with the dealership in 2011 as a service advisor assistant and, in only a short time has become part of the prestigious Subaru program that rewards and recognizes service advisors who provide exceptional customer service. Remarkably, he was also the number one service advisor in the D.C. zone last year. When he’s not at the dealership, he enjoys spending time with his family and his 2-year-old daughter.

Harry started with Herb Gordon Oldsmobile as a service advisor 24 years ago. Since then, he has moved to several brands within MileOne but found his home at Subaru. When he’s not providing exceptional customer service, you can find him boating, fishing or riding his Harley-Davidson.

I’m very proud of both of these individuals and congratulate both of them on their remarkable achievements.”

After being a service advisor for five years with Heritage Subaru, Bill became assistant service manager two years ago. According to his colleagues, he has a knack for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Subaru clientele. When he’s away from the dealership, Bill enjoys playing softball, spending time outdoors and being with his dog.
