Good things come in threes. So what’s next for Thomas Grant?
The start of 2016 has been very kind to BMW of Silver Spring Service Advisor Thomas Grant. As a result of his hard work in 2015, he has received two accolades of which he should be very proud. Last month, Thomas received word from BMW that he was among the top 200 BMW service advisors in the country with the highest service premium scores in the 2015 customer first service contest. This accomplishment recognizes that his clients are highly satisfied with the service Thomas has provided them — and rewards his hard work and dedication to BMW.
If that wasn’t enough, Thomas also ranked third in the Profiles in Achievement Award in 2015 from BMW. The award measures service advisors based on Customer Service Index Score, Tire Sales, Maintenance Plan Upgrade Sales and Online Training in BMW University.
Upon learning about this recognition, Thomas said “I’m honored and humbled to receive such a prestigious award. I owe many thanks to Mr. Ron Ptak, Service & Parts Director at BMW of Silver Spring, for mentoring me over the past four years and look forward to being with MileOne for many years to come!”
Thomas, who started with MileOne in November 2011, transferred from BMW of Charlottesville to his current dealership. We’re fortunate to have him!
