Is Timothy Lauterbach elite? Toyota says yes!

Congratulations are in order for Russel Toyota Technician Timothy Lauterbach! Toyota recently announced the full list of technicians who attained “Quality Champion” status based on their performance with the company in 2015.

Timothy was one of only 23 Toyota technicians nationwide selected to join this prestigious group and will be a part of Toyota’s 2016 Quality Champions program.

Technicians are chosen for this program on the basis of current technician status, online course completion, quality Dealer Product Report submissions and the recommendation of their Field Technician Specialist. Toyota uses this program to recognize the contributions of “elite” technicians who go above and beyond to make sure their customers get their Toyotas fixed right the first time.

Kudos to Timothy on this remarkable achievement. He is truly in special company.
