Congratulations to MotorWorld’s Lauren Gustinucci, who is celebrating her 20th anniversary.

Congratulations to Lauren Gustinucci, Receptionist Supervisor at MotorWorld on her 20 year anniversary with MotorWorld.

Twenty years ago, Lauren applied for a part-time position with our B.D.C. department, which at the time was a new department. Fast forward two decades and she’s held a variety of positions throughout the dealership including roles within the service department – taking on new tasks and expanding her knowledge of the automotive industry.

“I spent several years learning this business, and how to best serve our customers on different levels with different concerns,” Lauren said. “Working in the service department was a fulfilling learning experience for me, and taught me a lot about this industry.”

Lauren was passionate and excited to be part of the dealership from day one – a fire that continues to burn bright 20 years later.

What do you love most about the culture at MotorWorld?
I love that over the years we have developed into a family. We are able to comfort and support each other through good times and bad. I think the relationship we have with one another is a direct reflection of the dedication we all show to our clients and customers. I have the best coworkers anyone could ask for!

Who inspires you as a leader?
I have been so very lucky to have had a number of skillful managers over the years at MotorWorld who have shaped my experience here and helped me to grow.

What motto do you live by?
Dedication with a side of humor makes for great customer service!
