Congratulations to the Hall stores who have won awards in Q1 of 2018

2018 started off well with three of our Hall stores winning prestigious awards. Congratulations to Hall Honda Virginia Beach on earning one of the highest honors available from their manufacturer – membership into the President’s Club. Hall CDJR Virginia Beach won the Customer First Award for Excellence from FIAT Chrysler Automotive and Hall Acura Newport News can now boast earning the Acura Experience Silver Dealer Award.

Honda President’s Award Goes to Hall Honda Virginia Beach

There are 1,049 Honda dealerships across the country. Of those, 207 won the coveted Honda President’s Award, placing them in the top 20%. We are pleased to announce the hardworking team at Hall Honda Virginia Beach has earned this top honor. 

“Our team has been 100% focused on getting back to being a President’s Award dealer,” asserted General Manager Erin Bessey. “Every department worked together and delivered a great customer experience.  We also maintained being the market leader for the fourth year in a row, so winning the President’s Award has been a very big deal for all of us. I don’t think I could be any more proud of this team and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with every day. Now we have our sights set on doing it again. I know we can!”

The Honda President’s Award is designed to recognize top-performing dealerships in the areas of sales performance, sales experience, service performance and business operations. The performance in these areas is measured and scored against criteria defined by Honda to determine the winners.

Customer First Award of Excellence goes to Hall CDJR Virginia Beach

The FCA (FIAT Chrysler Automobile) takes customer service incredibly seriously. As a result, they created an award titled the Customer First Award for Excellence, which recognizes stores that hold the highest level of customer experience. Congratulations to the team at Hall CDJR Virginia Beach for winning this award.

466 dealerships are honored with this award each year. These stores embody five core areas: people, facility, processes, customer performance metrics and training certification. 

Hall CDJR Virginia Beach is a shining example of the dedication that it takes to improve long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Hall Acura Newport News Earns the Acura Experience Silver Dealer Award

Congratulations to the Hall Acura Newport News store on earning the Acura Experience Silver Dealer Award.

This award recognizes those dealership teams that demonstrate superior achievement in customer satisfaction, sales and service training, customer follow-up, and business management. Acura dealerships are given the year to achieve the set of objectives and prove they are worthy of the Silver Dealer Award. All criteria are established to enhance the client experience, most measures are based on actual client feedback and survey scores. To achieve this a total commitment by the entire dealership team is required.

The dealership is receiving an award to be displayed in the showroom, but specific members of the management team are receiving individual awards for their outstanding management. Congratulations to Travis Tippett, GM; John Rooney, Sales Manager; Darrell Heaton, Sales Manager; Donna Fowler, Service Manager; and Jennifer Cullen, Parts Manager.
