Hall Gives Newport News Veteran New Car Through Recycled Rides

Vehicle recipient Keith Davis with the United Way representative
On December 18, 2019, a deserving Newport News resident experienced a life-changing event just in time for the holidays – the presentation of a vehicle – thanks to Hall Body Shop, the United Way and the National Auto Body Council™ Recycled Rides® program.
As Hall’s 8th year partnering with Recycled Ride’s Program came to a close, the body shop donated a refurbished 2013 Chrysler 200 Sedan to Keith Davis. Keith is a retired, disabled Army veteran who volunteers at several veteran service organizations and currently serves as a DAV Transportation Service Coordinator for the Hampton VA Medical Center.
Davis was selected after applying to the NABC Recycled Rides program, a unique program in which businesses team up to repair and donate vehicles to individuals and families in need of reliable transportation. The Hall Body Shop worked with United Way to select the deserving individual for this year’s donation.
