Hall Hyundai Newport News #1 in CSI for Region in Quarter

Hall Hyundai Newport News Service Manager Derrick Phillips was presented with an award from Hyundai Southern Region Parts & Service Manager Steve Hickman for being #1 in CSI for the region.

The CSI award is based on feedback from customers on how the service advisor treated them, the Fix It Right the First Time score, length of time in the dealership, and overall happiness of the customer’s experience in the dealership.
