Hall service and sales departments celebrated big awards this past quarter! Congratulations to Acura Newport News and Honda Virginia Beach on their Fixed Right First Time and volume awards, and the Hall Body Shop in Virginia Beach for their amazing sales numbers.

Acura Newport News Receives Multiple Acura Awards

Hall Acura Newport News was recognized for Acura’s Fixed First Visit Award and the Acura Client Excellence Award for 2017. This is the first time Acura NN has received either of these honors. These achievements reflects the dealership’s consistent dedication to delivering the highest level of service in the industry. It also reinforces their hard work and attention to detail they provide to their customers and their vehicles.

Service Manager Donna Turner said “I am so proud of the amazing effort put forth by my team to win these awards. Customer service is vital to maintaining a return customer base. We knew we wanted to focus on not only the fixed first visit stats, but also the customer experience. It’s incredibly rewarding to have our hard work appreciated.”

Honda Virginia Beach #1 Volume New Car Dealer & Won 2017 Fixed Right First Visit Award

Congratulations to Hall Honda Virginia Beach for raking in the awards!

The service department is the proud recipient of the 2017 Honda Fixed Right First Visit Award. This is a national award given by Honda. The store had to hit a certain FRFT score to qualify. Not only did the store meet the score requirements, but has continuously done so. This is the third time in recent years that Honda VB has won this award.

Service Manager David Cramer said, “It’s an honor to lead the group of techs that we have – I’m very fortunate to have each and every one of them. At the end of the day, their hard work, diligence and studying has led us to really reaping the benefits of their hard work.”

He added that he was “incredibly proud of two individuals specifically for achieving Honda Master Technician status – William Cochren and John Dobbins.”

Through online surveys, 96% of our customers said that we fixed their vehicle correctly the first time.

The Honda Virginia Beach sales team also has reason to celebrate, as they earned the #1 spot in new car sales in the Hampton Roads region in May. 

“This is a HUGE accomplishment,” said Erin Bessey, General Manager. “We outsold Priority Toyota, the first time doing that in probably 13 years.”

“We’ve been the Honda market leader for 4 years,” she continued, “but this was the first time hitting #1 for the region. Our entire internal team had sat and discussed this being our goal – managers, sales people, everyone. It was a pretty big victory for us. So now we want to do it again! It feels good outselling a dealership that offers trucks, which we don’t. With trucks and SUVs being the big seller, this is a pretty big deal.” 

Congratulations to the entire dealership as these two awards are incredible for not only your store, but for the Hall division and MileOne as a whole.

Hall Body Shop Exceeds $1 Million in Sales

Congratulations to the employees at Hall Body Shop Virginia Beach for hitting an amazing milestone - exceeding $1,000,00 in sales in a single month. This is the only MileOne body shop to have ever achieved these numbers.

Body Shop Director Don Czapla commented, “We are extremely proud of their hard work and dedication to reach this goal. As a token of our appreciation, Hall Regional Body Shop Director Lance Carson and myself cooked and prepared all of the employees a steak luncheon.”
