Hall Master Technicians

Congrats to two technicians at Hall Ford Lincoln in Newport News on their recent achievements.

Congratulations to Robert Baines, Jr. and Richard Hoyt for their achievements in the 2016 Ford Lincoln Masters Program. Both gentlemen are service technicians at our Hall Ford Lincoln dealership in Newport News, Virginia.

The increased knowledge and skills received through the Masters Program provides Robert and Richard the tools and experience to service our customers at the highest level.

Richard Hoyt received Senior Master, Engine Master, Chassis Master and Drivetrain Master during the 2016 program. Richard is among only 350 technicians in the Washington, D.C. region to reach Senior Master status.
 

Robert Baines, Jr. received Chassis Master and Engine Master during the 2016 program. One of 500 technicians in the D.C. region to reach Chassis and Engine Master, both master levels are a first-time award for Robert.

Robert and Richard’s hard work demonstrates their commitment to fulfill customer expectations. Ford Lincoln and Hall celebrate these accomplishments, which also supports their joint commitment to highly trained personnel.
