Our Hall Honda dealership in VA Beach recently showed incredible kindness to a customer in need.
Stories like this one make what we do so rewarding. A few weeks ago, Ms. Thomas came into the Hall Honda Virginia Beach dealership needing repairs done to her vehicle. She was in urgent need of brake work, but unfortunately, was unable to afford all of the necessary repairs.
After overhearing the conversation, Assistant Service Manager (ASM), Anthony Loveless stepped in. He offered to pay for the brake work out of his own pocket, and then our other ASMs followed suit, pitching in to help Ms. Thomas pay for the necessary repairs. Once Hall Honda General Manager, Erin Bessey and Service Manager, Dave Cramer heard about the situation, they offered to do the customer’s repairs for free.
Ryan Horner, a Hall Honda technician (pictured below), volunteered his time to work on the customer’s vehicle. He repaired her car and let her know what a pleasure it was to be able to help her. Needless to say, there were a lot of hugs and tears involved.
“I am so happy for what the Hall Honda staff did for me,” said Ms. Thomas. “I am so grateful, and thank those who assisted me with these much-needed repairs. Bless each and every one of you!”
