Congratulations to Those Who Earned "Digital Sales Expert" Certification 

We would like to congratulate the following individuals for their hard work and dedication to our customers. All of the Heritage associates listed have successfully met every requirement to become a Digital Sales Expert, including six months of above average sales performance and exceptional customer ratings. Digital Sales Experts are offered additional training to further their career development and hone their craft.

 

Heritage Toyota Sales Associates Earn Place in the Toyota Sales Society

Each year, the Toyota Sales Society honors sales associates who demonstrate outstanding sales performance, while still focusing on customer-first initiatives. We would like to congratulate Tyler Day from Toyota Catonsville and Evon Greene from Toyota Owings Mills for successfully meeting all of the requirements to achieve this honor.

Tyler earned the Bronze Level Sales Society Award for selling more than 135 new Toyota vehicles in 2019 while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating for the entire year.

With the same dedication to our customers, Evon Greene earned the Silver Level Sales Society Award for selling over 200 new Toyota vehicles in 2019 as he also earned a high customer satisfaction rating throughout the year.

 “I’ve been doing this for a long time – I’ve been with MileOne for 25 years,” Evon bragged. “I’m persistent and do my best to always put my customers first; that’s really important. I listen to them to find out what their needs are and accommodate what they want.”
