CDJR Owings Mills and Parkville Earn 2017 Pentastar Club Award & 2018 Customer First Award for Excellence
Winning manufacturer awards always leaves a sweet feeling behind that third-party awards simply cannot meet. Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Owings Mills and Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Parkville stores are no stranger to both kinds of awards. This past quarter kept the tradition alive for CDJR earning multiple awards.
Both stores earned the Pentastar Club Award for 2017. This annual award recognizes the 30 top sales dealerships in the entire nation and thanks them for the dedication, hard work and their overall performance from the previous year in sales, parts and service.
CDJR General Manager Phil Stillman said “I am very proud of earning this prestigious brand award for the fourth time since 2011. My team at CDJR works incredibly hard and they’re honored to be recognized.”
Both stores have won the Pentastar Club membership in past years; Parkville in 2011 and 2015 and Owings Mills in 2011, 2012 and 2015.

Both Heritage CDJR stores also earned the 2018 Customer First Award for Excellence.
FCA presents this distinguished award to dealerships that exemplify extraordinary care and dedication to their customers in the following areas of performance: training certification, employee survey, facility certification, process validation and performance measure.
General Manager of the Parkville store, Brad Scammell, said “My sales team is the best in the business. We’re one of the most awarded CDJR stores in the state, and I take a lot of pride in that. Being recognized by FCA as a store that places a high priority on the customer experience is not only in line with what we strive to accomplish every day, but is also a major component to what MileOne is all about. It’s nice to be recognized and have your hard work pay off.”

Honda Parkville Earns Best of Baltimore 2018 Readers’ Choice Award
The Best of Baltimore list is a coveted one among Baltimorians.
