MotorWorld Hosts 1st Industry Day with Local Students

MotorWorld recently partnered with Universal Technical Institute in Exton, PA and hosted their first Industry Day on April 3, 2019. Twenty-six students from two local high schools came to the MotorWorld campus to attend the event. Students spent the day touring the facility and learning about the sales, service, parts and body shop departments. It was an informative day for the students to get an inside look at how the automotive dealership world operates and to learn about career opportunities throughout the organization. After a productive morning, the students gathered in the conference room to meet with Rick Osick, Divisional President of MotorWorld and Henry Hess, Service Director of MotorWorld, allowing them to ask any questions they had about the automotive industry. The students were genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity with questioned focused on tool allowance, store process and growth opportunities.
The Leadership team at MotorWorld looks forward to hosting this event twice a year with the next one planned for October.
