MotorWorld Toyota
Last month, MotorWorld Toyota once again displayed its commitment to its hometown community. On October 20th, MotorWorld Automotive Group President Rick Osick presented a $20,000 check to the Luzerne County Community College Foundation. MotorWorld’s contribution will benefit students enrolled in one of the three automotive tracks at the school: automotive technology, diesel truck technology and welding.
The check was presented to Luzerne County Community College President Thomas P. Leary and Major Gifts/Planned Giving Specialist Peter Lello at an official check presentation at MotorWorld Toyota. Founded in 1967, the community college is chartered by Luzerne County and is a member of the Pennsylvania State Community College System.
We hope that MotorWorld’s donation goes a long way toward helping Luzerne’s automotive students achieve success in and out of the classroom. Note to the HR team: be on the lookout for the résumés of well-qualified LCCC students.
