Introducing the MileOne Support Fund

The MileOne Support Fund was finally launched companywide by Steve Fader at each of the Milestone Luncheons held throughout the month of September. This program was designed with our employees in mind.
This support fund provides eligible MileOne employees with financial assistance in times of a natural disaster or emergency hardship. If you experience a financial struggle at one point or another during your lifetime it is MileOne’s hope that this program will allow us to support you no matter what curve ball life may throw at you. If you experience an emergency hardship or natural disaster, the MileOne Support Fund is here to help you.
The process is simple.
- Visit mileone.com/support-fund.htm to get all of the necessary information and requirements.
- Fill out a short application.
- Upon completion, you will be contacted by our third party vendor, BHS, who will make the decision of whether or not you qualify for the requested funds.
It is our hope that once you get back on your feet you will find a way to give back to the Support Fund that helped you during your difficult time. In giving back, the funds you donate will aid in supporting another employee who encounters a hardship. With everyone’s support we can keep this fund growing and supporting anyone who may need the support.
This program was initially launched with a special donation from Steve Fader of $100,000, but ultimately, this program will be funded ‘by employees, for employees.’ If you want to support your fellow employees with a small contribution, you will also be given the opportunity to donate $1 or more during this year’s Open Enrollment, starting November 1st. Support your fellow employees and they will support you.
