Lance Binning Earns Spot in Toyota’s 2018 Quality Champions List

MileOne is proud to have the best technicians, service advisors, parts managers, and staff in the area. It’s terrific when the manufacturers also acknowledge our amazing team members. Lance Binning, a technician at Heritage Toyota Catonsville, is one of 25 elite technicians in the region who earned a spot on Toyota’s Quality Champions List.

The Quality Champions Program recognizes the contributions of elite technicians who exceed customers’ expectations and get vehicles fixed correctly the first time. They are chosen based on current tech status, online course completion, quality Dealer Product Report submissions, and the recommendation of the field technical specialist.

“I am very proud to have made this list,” Lance humbly asserted, “but it wouldn’t have been possible for me to accomplish without the entire shop and our techs that helped me obtain so many dealer product reports.”

Lance earned this award based on his performance in 2017. Employees like him promote our company’s ideology that prioritizes customer needs and make them feel in control. Congratulations on this accomplishment, Lance!
