Laura Doherty Promoted to Heritage Regional Marketing Manager

For the past two years, Heritage’s marketing efforts have been spearheaded by Regional Marketing Manager Danielle Szarka with the assistance of Regional Marketing Coordinator Laura Doherty. Their joint passion, extensive knowledge, and authentic enthusiasm for this position has developed the Heritage brand in the Baltimore market and has cultivated relationships on the sales and service side of the business. Due to the size and scope of Heritage, Laura was recently promoted to work alongside Danielle as a fellow Regional Marketing Manager.

“Laura has shown tremendous growth and initiative during the past two years in particular,” CMO Mark Westerman boasted. “Laura is always going the extra mile for her stores, takes the lead on training new RMCs, and does it with a smile. Her confidence has grown to the point where she has a strong presence and contributes to her business with ideas. She is respected by her peers and colleagues inside and outside of the building, and we look forward to her continued growth.”

The Heritage group is our largest division and makes up about 47% of our revenue. The division will be split, as Danielle will continue to work with the majority of the stores and Laura will take on the Owings Mills stores as well as Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis.

“I am very excited to jump into this new role and look forward to the additional opportunities to work closely with the division,” Laura said.

Jessica Lee was promoted from Marketing Assistant to Regional Marketing Coordinator. She will be mentored by Laura during the next few weeks as both women get accustomed to their new roles.
