Linda Harouna Wins Porsche Service Advisor Award

Congratulations to Linda Harouna on earning the 2018 Service Advisor Award. Linda was one of the top 3 service advisors in the region, which spans through Central and Northeast Virginia, Central Maryland and Central Pannsylvania. Linda is Porsche Silver Spring’s second advisor to win this prestigious manufacturer award in the past two years.

Linda’s supervisor, Porsche Service Manager Natalie Muhlbock, was not surprised when it was announced that Linda won this award. “Linda takes immense pride in the quality of her work which makes her such a successful service advisor,” she said. “It is important to her to be precise and honest with her customers. She genuinely looks out for their best interest, personalizes their experience, and builds lasting customer relationships for these reasons.”

Linda was chosen by Porsche based on the high ratings she received in the customer surveys. She scored very high in the following categories:

  1. Satisfaction with Service Advisor
  2. Service Advisor Responsiveness
  3. Service Advisor Friendliness and Knowledge
  4. Follow-Up After Service

“I was really surprised when I won the award,” said Linda. “In fact, I didn’t even realize the email announcing the winners was actually for me! I was reading it assuming it was sent out from our rep to everyone making the announcement and then I saw my name and was really surprised and excited! It made me feel like I’m really doing something right and that what I’m doing is paying off. Then of course I ran around the store and told everyone I had won!”

Linda has been with MileOne since 2010 and with Porsche since 2012.

“I really enjoy what I do and I have a lot of great clients,” Linda commented. “Honestly, I don’t even consider most of them clients; I try to think of them more like friends. A lot of people don’t like going to the dealership so I try to make it as comfortable for them as possible and let them feel at ease through the entire process. I don’t want them to stress about the situation they’re in; I want them to feel comfortable knowing that I’ll be treating their car as if it were my own.”
