A big welcome to Chuck!

Chuck is the newest hire in the marketing department joining the Heritage team as the Regional Marketing Assistant. Chuck is a graduate of Frostburg State University where he majored in Mass Communication with a concentration in Multimedia Design and a minor in Economics. He still makes his way out there to visit his girlfriend, who is graduating this semester. He is currently working on his graduate degree at Towson University in Marketing Intelligence (Hoosh, watch out – he’s coming for you).

Chuck was born in New York, but moved to Nigeria as a toddler and didn’t move back to the states until 8th grade. He lived in PG County with his uncle until he went off to college. His two older sisters are still in Nigeria, and although he hasn’t been able to go back and visit, they remain very close.

In his spare time, Chuck loves to design logos. His focus in his undergraduate career gave him the knowledge and tools he needed to be proficient in graphic design and he loves the freedom and creativity that creating logos provides him. He’s also currently learning French, which would make him tri-lingual as he already is fluent in Igbo, one of the native languages of Nigeria.

With a few weeks under his belt as an RMA, he’s already looking forward to diving into analyzing and brainstorming new ideas for the field.  “Right now my focus has been more about learning how things work and the processes we handle,” he said, “but I’m excited to get to the point where I can give constructive feedback based on comparative analysis and to speak up in meetings to brainstorm new ideas.“

Welcome Jessica back to the Hall team!

Jessica Jaworsky joined the Hall marketing team in February as the team’s Regional Marketing Assistant. Jessica is familiar with the Hall team as she interned with them during her last semester of senior year. She graduated from Old Dominion University in August 2018 with a Marketing degree and worked as a marketing assistant for New York Life right after graduation.

Jessica was born and raised in Virginia Beach and can’t imagine being anywhere else. “The beach is the best part,” she said. “This is a great place to grow up and I’m so happy I was able to find a place to work in an area that I love with people who I can really learn from and grow with.”

When not at work, you can find Jess either riding her bike or playing with Jax, her French bulldog.

After being the RMA for almost a month, Jess is relieved that she is finally getting the hang of things. She is looking forward to learning more and getting to know the company better.

Congratulations to Paolo and Viviana on joining divisional teams!

Congratulations to Viviana and Paolo on their recent promotions.

Viviana moved from the department Marketing Assistant role to become the Regional Marketing Assistant for the Silver Spring division. After 9 months in the Marketing Assistant position, she was offered the chance to expand her role within the department.

Viviana has really enjoyed working directly with Jenna and Kate and seeing the direct results of her work in the field.  She commented, “I get to work with vendors like Dealer.com and 3 Birds, which has allowed me to learn more about the marketing aspects of the auto industry.”

Viviana is still interested in doing photography for all of the divisions and is willing to help with any of those types of projects. Her work on photography projects has fostered countless praise both from inside and outside the marketing team. Her creativity and insights have led to fantastic, unique images that capture the essence of giving in many of our community-based events.

After about 9 months under the tutelage of Hoosh as a member of the business intelligence team, Paolo is moving to a different stage of his career in the marketing department and joining the Heritage team as the new Regional Marketing Coordinator.  The Heritage Division is eager to have him on board and Paolo is excited to hold a position that has a larger role in working with the field.
