Maryland Service Advisors Make Subaru STARS Top Ten list

MileOne service advisors make up almost half of the Eastern Region’s Subaru Star Advisor Award recipients. Harry Price, Vitaliy Khlebnikov and Robert Thompson of Herb Gordon Subaru, and William Middleton from Heritage Subaru Owings Mills are four of the ten service advisors from fifty dealerships across the region (Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Delaware) that received this honor. This noteworthy award recognizes top customer service performance.

“Our team is focused on providing truly exceptional service to all of our customers,” said Greg Edwards, Herb Gordon Subaru Service and Parts Director. “Winning these awards is great recognition. The fact that three of the ten advisors honored are from Herb Gordon Subaru speaks volumes about the quality of care we provide.”

This is the third year that Harry, William and Vitaliy have earned this award. All have been with the company for seven years. Robert earned the Subaru Star Advisor Award for the second time during his almost three years with the company.
