Meet the Team: Matt Heher

We’re excited to shine this month’s employee spotlight on Matt Heher, a valued member of the MIS department who joined us in July of last year. Matt came to us from Call Revu, one of our trusted vendors for call management, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a sharp eye for systems integration.

Since his arrival, Matt has quickly earned a reputation as a “Swiss Army knife”, thanks to his remarkable ability to correlate data across multiple systems and deliver actionable insights rooted in facts. Whether it's troubleshooting complex technical challenges or streamlining data flow between platforms, Matt consistently brings clarity and precision to the table.

Currently, Matt is spearheading the deployment of our new ManageEngine Helpdesk and project management platform, a major initiative that will enhance how the MIS department handles service requests and manages internal projects.

Matt’s impact has already been felt across the organization, and we’re grateful to have his expertise, versatility, and dedication on the team.
