MileOne Earns Dealer of the Year and Consumer Satisfaction Awards Across the Company

Putting the needs of the customer first and making them feel in control of the experience is what our sales, service and parts employees strive to attain every day. Strong customer service can make or break a dealership. The 31 stores – 78% of all MileOne dealerships - that were recently awarded DealerRater’s Consumer Satisfaction Award show that we not only strive for superior customer service, but that we achieved that goal. Every division had at least two stores win a Consumer Satisfaction Award.
In addition to DealerRater’s CSA, stores who go above and beyond for customer service are also awarded DealerRater’s Dealer of the Year Award. This year, for the first time ever, MileOne had a store in every division win this coveted third party award: Audi Silver Spring, BMW of Silver Spring, Hall Honda Virginia Beach, Hall Mazda Virginia Beach, Hall Nissan Virginia Beach, Heritage CDJR Parkville, Heritage Mazda Bel Air, Heritage Subaru Owings Mills, Heritage Volkswagen Parkville, MotorWorld Lexus, Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and Volvo Cars Silver Spring.
