Harassment Training

New harassment training will be available online in July.
MileOne is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from unlawful harassment. The company will not tolerate harassment of its employees by anyone, including managers, non-management employees, customers, visitors or vendors.
All employees hired on or after April 30, 2016 will be required to take the annual harassment training in July. This training is designed to review the company’s harassment policy to ensure all employees are up-to-date.
This year, you will be notified by your manager when it is time for you to complete the new online training course. Once notified, you will have seven days to complete the online training.
