MVP at MotorWorld

This isn’t where Laura Nicoletto imagined she’d end up, but now it’s exactly where she wants to be.
Laura Nicoletto has been with MotorWorld for a little over six years. In her most recent role as the Internet Sales Manager for Toyota in the Business Development Center (BDC), she takes care of sending pricing to customers, and contacting potential customers to set appointments to test drive and meet with Sales Managers.
This isn’t where Laura imagined she’d end up, but now it’s exactly where she wants to be.
“I stumbled upon this job accidentally,” Laura said. “I was searching for a role where I could apply my Communications degree; when I saw the job posting, I took a chance and never looked back.”
Laura’s decision to work at MotorWorld has exceeded all of her expectations. Along with being the Internet Sales Manager, she’s also taken on the role of New Hire Training Appointment Setter.
“I am always happy after all the training and hard work is completed to have the opportunity to watch the individuals I’ve trained show such great results,” she said. “To see them comfortable performing their tasks, retaining information and helping their co-workers is very rewarding.”
Laura’s desire to help others succeed is just one of the many attributes that makes her such a valuable asset to the BDC and MotorWorld.
“Laura is a valued member of the Appointment Setter Team – she has a great personality, she’s friendly, works hard and is a team player,” Chasity Breymeier, Business Development Manager said.

What positions have you held during your time with MotorWorld?
I started out working in the Domestics Showroom. In 2011, when the position for the Toyota Showroom opened, I was honored to be chosen. This opportunity turned out to not only benefit me as an employee, but has also challenged me personally as I work to meet and exceed new goals on a daily basis.
What do you love most about working at MotorWorld?
The culture and diversity of this company. I love that the moment I enter the building, I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy coming to work every day, and feel blessed to have the BDC Manager and teammates that I do – they make each day productive and fun.
