What advice can you give to MileOne employees?
Always keep your head up and keep moving forward. Do your very best, and if you fall down – make sure to get back up and try again. I pride myself in being a good role model for all my employees, so I always strive to practice what I preach.
What do you love most about the culture here?
The training they invest in you. The advancements I’ve made throughout my 16 years are due to the opportunities I’ve been given to keep moving forward.
What motto do you live by?
“I follow three rules: do the right thing, do the best you can and always show people you care.” Lou Holtz, a well-known college football player and coach, said that. He’s definitely someone that inspires me as a leader and motivates me to keep working hard every single day.
Thank you for your continued service, Mike! Here’s to another 16 great years with MotorWorld!
