MileOne Employee Advantage Enhancements

In an effort to continue to make our benefits package the best in the industry, we are proud to announce that in addition to the traditional 401(k) options we provide all employees who have been with us for over a year, we are now offering a Roth 401(k) plan. This is a terrific new retirement option, especially for our younger employees who want to start saving earlier. The Roth 401(k) plan is now available. By the end of 2018 we will also be rolling out Critical Illness and Accident Plan Coverage. These plans are in addition to our standard healthcare plan and provides an additional level of financial security for employees who would like to have it. Specifically, the plans can be utilized as an effective and affordable way to meet your high deductible health plan’s out of pocket expenses.
