Reviews have become an extremely important part of the marketing mix and a strong influence on consumer behavior. In a recent automotive industry study it was determined that 70% of consumers in the market for a new vehicle will read a dealership review prior to a visit. It's really important to get reviews in from our customers in both sales and service.

BMW of Silver Spring

I just want to say thanks to Ron Askew and Allen Kim for a great experience in buying my second BMW from BMW of Silver Spring.  Ron made sure to get me into a vehicle that was very low mileage (4k) with a maintenance package with all the bells and whistles you want in a new BMW!  Allen made sure my finances where in order and got my interest rate down to a 2.9%!  I freaking love these guys!  If you're in the market for a car, go check BMW of Silver Spring out and tell them Jonathan Johnson sent you!

They got me in for an appointment right away and gave me a no hassle loaner for a few days at no cost while they took care of my car.
