Noah Greaney Completed the NADA Academy GM Course

Congratulations to sales manager Noah Greaney, from Volvo Cars Silver Spring, for completing the NADA Academy GM Course.

The 6-week course covers all aspects of dealership management (financial management, parts, service, pre-owned, new cars, and leadership skills). Each week provided an in-depth analysis into:

• Departmental gross retention
• Inventories and expenses
• Diagnosing and dissecting numbers to increase net profits

Noah appreciated the opportunity to participate in the course and explained, “I signed up to further my education in dealer management, and gain a more in depth understanding of a general manager’s role and responsibilities in the dealership. The fixed ops classes were the most enlightening. Coming from the variable side of things, the material in the fixed ops classes gave me a better understanding of the service and parts departments.
