Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills Wins Best of the Best Award
The Best of the Best Award is distributed annually and honors dealerships that demonstrate excellence in various areas of the business. This award is presented to the top 15% of dealers in the Mercedes-Benz retail network for achieving outstanding levels of customer satisfaction, robust vehicle sales, and exemplary service and parts operations. Movin’ On Up at MotorWorld
A big congratulations are in order for Jonathan Gamble (pictured above on the left) & Robert Slovik (pictured above on the right) at MotorWorld! These two rockstar sales team members were recently promoted to Brand Manager! Jonathan took over for Jim Partington at Lexus, and Rob joins Ray Novak at Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Way to go gentleman!
Joanna McCarthy is GM at BMW of Catonsville
Joanna has been growing with MileOne for over 17 years! She began her journey with MileOne as an Inventory and Dealer Trade Manager and last quarter, she was promoted to General Manager at BMW of Catonsville. Congratulations Joanna!
Harrisburg Crime Stopper
Back in March, Tony Dengler (pictured above to the right) noticed an unusual pattern of tire purchases at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Harrisburg. The same customer purchased 14 tires in as many days using various credit cards. Tony found this suspicious and alerted his manager, Wes Miller (picutred above to the left), who then reported the issue to police for potential credit card fraud. Tony went above and beyond when something didn’t feel quite right and ended up saving Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM & another local businesses thousands of dollars!
