Congratulations to Phil Stillman, General Manager of Heritage Mazda of Owings Mills and Chevy Buick on winning the Vehicles for Change Best Automotive Service Centers Award.
The Vehicles for Change Best of Automotive Service Centers Awards program recognizes car repair facilities that provide the best customer service in the Baltimore Metro Region. As the Vehicles for Change organization puts it, “a well-running vehicle represents freedom and empowers those people experiencing financial challenges to break the cycle of poverty.”
A total of 36 finalists were recognized in three categories: dealerships, chain garages and independently-owned garages. Category winners were awarded the Best Customer Service Award based on the following criteria: valet service; staff performance; quoting practices; facilities (waiting rooms, bathrooms, amenities, etc.); timeliness of completion; condition of car upon completion.
Phil accepted his award at the Vehicles for Change award ceremony in September at the American Visionary Art Museum. To be recognized as best in customer service is a great accomplishment for our Heritage division. Congratulations again to Phil and the Heritage Mazda team in Owings Mills!
