This online test is based off of the Myers Briggs personality test. Although it is NOT a sanctioned Myers-Briggs test (those cost money). In addition to labeling your Myers-Briggs personality type, this test also places you in a “tribe”.
Once you take the quiz, email your 4-letter result (ESFJ, INTP, etc.) and animal to Melissa at mtully@mileone.com. Exact results will remain anonymous, but the next newsletter will have an analysis of the personalities that make up the marketing department.
What is the Myers-Briggs Personality Test?
For those not familiar with Myers-Briggs, it identifies and describes 16 distinct personality traits and organizes them
World View: Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I). Do you prefer to focus on the outer world or on your own inner world?
Information: Sensing (S) or Intuition (N). Do you prefer to focus on the basic information you take in or do you prefer to interpret and add meaning?
Decisions: Thinking (T) or Feeling (F). When making decisions, do you prefer to first look at logic and consistency or first look at the people and special circumstances?
Structure: Judging (J) or Perceiving (P). In dealing with the outside world, do you prefer to get things decided or do you prefer to stay open to new information and options?
